Share your Cuttlefest with the Digital Guestbook

Whyalla City Council is encouraging residents and visitors to help create a lasting record of this year's Cuttlefest by contributing to the event's first-ever digital guestbook.

Throughout the festival, attendees will spot signs displayed at Cuttlefest activity locations featuring QR codes that link directly to the digital guestbook. Community members and visitors can scan the code to upload selfies, photos, videos and comments about their experience.

The digital guestbook provides an opportunity for people to share their favourite festival memories while helping showcase the atmosphere and activities that make Cuttlefest a highlight of the local events calendar.

Whyalla City Council Visitor Experience Coordinator Ali Sanders said the digital guestbook was a fun and interactive way to bring the community together and celebrate the festival.

"One of the best parts of events like Cuttlefest is seeing the incredible photos, videos and stories people share afterwards, so we wanted to create a space where all of those memories could be collected in one place," Ms Sanders said.

"We trialled the digital guestbook at Salty Sea Esta and were so pleased that people got involved. It was wonderful to see community members sharing their photos."

"Whether you're attending an event, activity, or heading out to see the giant Australian cuttlefish, we'd love for you to scan the signs and share your favourite moments."

Be sure to keep an eye out for the digital guestbook signs and contribute your favourite memories.
