Expressions of Interest Now Open!
Are you a food and beverage vendor, market stallholder, or a family-friendly performer/entertainer? We want to hear from you!
Planning is underway for this year’s Cuttlefest family-friendly event – The Salty ‘Sea’esta, set to take place in Ada Ryan Gardens on Saturday 6 June 2026 from 11am – 4pm.
The Salty ‘Sea’esta is a free family event featuring live entertainment, roving performers, market stalls, delicious food and beverage vendors, a kids’ zone, and much more!
Whyalla City Council is now accepting expressions of interest from:
· Food and beverage vendors & Market stallholders
· Family-friendly entertainers (think roving artists, live musicians, face painters, bubble and balloon artists—anyone who can keep families engaged and entertained!)
Event Details:
Location: Ada Ryan Gardens, Whyalla
Date: Saturday 6 June 2026
Time: 11:00am – 4:00pm (plus additional time for setup and pack-down)
How to Apply:
Food & Beverage Vendors / Market Stalls: Please complete a Stall Holder and Vendor Application. A $27.00 site fee will apply.

Applications close at 9:00am on Tuesday 28 April 2026. Submit your completed application online now.
Important: Applicants must provide proof of minimum $20 million public liability insurance coverage. Entertainers/ performers are also asked to provide a risk assessment identifying and mitigating any risk associated with their offering.
