Council's second addition of the Digital Annual Report
Council has launched its second addition of the Digital Annual Report, continuing to make a more accessible document for the Whyalla community.
In an era where digital communication is pivotal, council found a way to provide the local community with a more user-friendly, interactive experience, allowing residents to understand council’s performance more easily in the 2023/2024 financial year.
Mayor Phill Stone emphasised the importance of the accessibility in council operations “The digital annual report is a condensed version of the original document. It’s important that the community has access to clear and concise information about council’s initiatives.”
“We want to make it as easy and possible for our community to stay informed on the work we do for Whyalla.” he said.
Key features of the Digital Annual Report include:
- Video content from Mayor Phill Stone
- Clickable links, providing more in-depth information for those wanting a clearer understanding of specific topics
- Condensed information, enabling users to access information quickly and easily.
For those who prefer the traditional format, the full version of the annual report is also accessible through the digital report and at council locations.
