Council welcomes back Mayor and Council Members
We’re pleased to welcome back Mayor Phill Stone and Council Members Kathryn Campbell and Sharon Todd, who have now officially had their positions restored, with the Local Government (Casual Vacancies) Amendment Act 2023 receiving the Governor’s assent and coming into operation today. Any of these members who have not yet lodged their campaign donations returns with the Electoral Commissioner now have 10 business days to do so, or their position will once again become vacant.
