Annual community survey closing soon

Time is running out to have your say on Whyalla City Council’s performance via our annual community survey, with the survey closing on Wednesday 8 March at 5pm.
We’ve had a great response so far, with over 430 submissions already received – thank you to everyone who has taken the time to contribute. We’re still keen to hear from more residents to ensure the results better reflect the views of the broader community.
This is the third year we have conducted the survey, helping us compare our performance year-on-year and identify where we have improved or need to focus more effort.
There are several ways you can participate, including:
- Completing the online survey here
- Picking up a physical copy from council’s Civic Building, Whyalla Public Library, Visitor Information Centre or Whyalla Child Care Centre. Completed surveys can be returned to the same pickup locations
- Contacting council direct on 8640 3444 or council@whyalla.sa.gov.au to request a copy
We also encourage you to share the survey with your friends / family / colleagues. We need you to help spread the word and get as many locals involved as possible.
Council will provide an update on the feedback received and how this will be used to identify improvements throughout 2023.
