Summer Holiday Challenge at Whyalla Public Library
The school holidays have started and so has the Whyalla Public Library Summer Challenge!
The Library staff have put together an awesome Summer Holiday Challenge booklet with some fun and educational activities. There are 12 challenges to do, and fun and prizes to be had along the way.
And best of all, it’s FREE!
So why not accept a challenge and visit your local library.
- The challenge starts 14 December 2020 and finishes 22 January 2021
- Winners will be notified on 29 January 2021
- It’s FREE to do the challenge but you do need to be a library member
- You need to be 14 or under to be part of this challenge
- Don’t forget to ask to get your Children’s University Passport stamped
- If you’re not reading yet Mum and Dad can help you!
- Remember to get the ok from a parent or caregiver to join in the fun J

Kerbside collections over Christmas
Please note that kerbside bin collections that would normally be done on Friday (Christmas and New Years’ day) will be collected on the Saturday instead.
