How can I get to the shops in the hours set aside for the elderly and those with a disability during the COVID pandemic?
Can I still visit my doctor / put my children into childcare / get my free flu vaccine?
Is information on COVID-19 available in different languages?
When is Foodbank Whyalla open?
These questions and others are answered in a new resource available from Whyalla City Council.
Since the outbreak of the coronavirus pandemic Council has been playing a role in helping residents, and their families, to navigate the daily impacts of COVID-19.
These interactions have enabled Council to identify the common concerns and questions asked about COVID-19, and to pull this information together into one central reference source.
The result is a ‘Frequently Asked Questions’ sheet which outlines the common questions and answers about the impact of coronavirus on our everyday lives.
Encompassing a broad range of questions, the Frequently Asked Questions sheet provides practical, straightforward answers and is a valuable resource for our community members.
This initiative is part of Council’s commitment to provide ongoing communication to residents during the continuing coronavirus crisis.
The ‘Frequently Asked Questions’ resource has been added to the COVID-19 tab on the Council website and can be accessed by clicking here: https://www.whyalla.sa.gov.au/__data/assets/pdf_file/0030/655770/Frequently-Asked-Questions-COVID-19.pdf
