There will be traffic and speed restrictions at the marina tomorrow (Friday, June 1) as City of Whyalla works crews install underground electrical services across Buttlingarra Way.
The crews will be putting new electrical wiring in to provide a more reliable supply for the seven lights on the breakwater while also providing an adequate supply for the new jetty.
A trench will be dug across Buttlingarra Way with a half road closure and traffic control on the road. Cars will still have access to the marina area via one lane with traffic controllers directing cars to and from the marina.
Work is expected to start at 7am and finish by 4pm.
