THUMBS UP: Prime Miniter Scott Morrison is coming to Whyalla for the big reveal.
The City of Whyalla and GFG Alliance can now confirm the Prime Minister of Australia, the honourable Scott Morrison, will be attending Whyalla’s Big Reveal on Monday.
Mr Morrison confirmed last night he would be attending the big reveal event in Whyalla as one of the invited dignitaries scheduled to give a speech on the day.
He joins South Australian Premier the Honourable Steven Marshall, GFG Alliance Executive Chairman Sanjeev Gupta, Whyalla Mayor Clare McLaughlin and many other stakeholders, investors and distinguished guests as several ground-breaking announcements are made on the transformation of Whyalla and its major industry.
Whyalla’s Big Reveal will happen between 10am and noon at Ada Ryan Gardens on Monday, December 10, 2018. The public is invited to attend this historic day and hear the announcements first-hand before enjoying refreshments in the gardens.
GFG Alliance is the owner of the Whyalla steelworks and associated mines.
