Call out for stalls at 2016 Family Festival
Preparations for the special 25th anniversary Australian Snapper Championship and Family Festival are in full swing, and event organisers are now calling on stall holders to get involved.
As always, the Australian Snapper Championship will be joined by a quality festival fit for the whole family, running along the Whyalla Foreshore.
This year’s Family Festival will include an impressive array of delicious food, live music, arts and crafts, market stalls, performances, opportunities to win prizes, children’s entertainment, and amusement rides.
Event coordinator Suzy Kettle said she was now seeking interested stall holders to lodge their applications to be involved in the event before time runs out.
“There are still some spaces remaining and anyone looking to get involved is invited to apply,” Miss Kettle said.
“For those who have already received application forms, please remember the application deadline is Friday, February 19.
“The big event is only a few months away, so time is running out for stall holders to secure their places at the festival.”
All stall holders from the 2015 Fishy Fringe have been sent the paperwork to enter a stall in this year’s festival.
Anyone interested or who has not received the paperwork should contact Miss Kettle on 8640 3444 or via email at susan.kettle@whyalla.sa.gov.au as soon as possible to secure their place.
