CUTTLEFEST – SALTY ‘SEA’ESTA

Are you a food and beverage vendor, market stall holder or a family friendly performer/entertainer?
Then we want to hear from you!
Planning has begun for this year’s Cuttlefest family friendly event – The Salty ‘Sea’esta to be held in Ada Ryan Gardens on Saturday 8 June 2024.
Council is now calling for expressions of interest from food and beverage vendors, market stall holders and family friendly entertainers (roving artists, live musicians, face painters, bubble and balloon artists anything to keep families engaged and entertained) to be a part of this fun family event.
The Salty ‘Sea’esta will be a free family event with onstage entertainment, roving artists, market stalls, food and beverage vendors, kids’ zone and much more.
You will need to be available to trade or entertain from 3pm until 8pm and either side of this for bump in and bump out. Times are to be confirmed.
If you are a food and beverage vendor or market stall please complete a STALLHOLDER APPLICATION
Please note a site fee of $20.50 will need to be paid to participate in this event. You will need to ensure that your site is well lit and be self sufficient if you require power. Council will not be supplying access to power for this event.
If you are a family friendly entertainer please complete the PERFORMER / ENTERTAINER APPLICATION
Application close at 9am on Monday 6 May. Send completed applications to events@whyalla.sa.gov.au with the subject line Salty ‘Sea’esta 2024.
Please provide a copy of your current minimum 20mil public liability insurance coverage.
