Cuttlefest Community Celebration Day

Whyalla is celebrating the annual migration of the cuttlefish with a FREE Community Celebration Day this Sunday 27 June.

Proving that you can experience the excitement of Cuttlefest both in and out of the water, the Community Celebration will have plenty for all to enjoy.

Check out the amazing giant sand sculpture that will take shape under the shelters on the beach while listening to the Whyalla Community Brass Band.

There’s plenty of fun for all ages with a bouncy castle and children’s activities, food stalls and a virtual reality cuttlefish experience.

Dolphin Treasure Hire & Whyalla Fishing Charter will be out and about if you fancy a kayak or maybe a short pleasure cruise (weather permitting of course).

And our own community radio station, Triple Y, will be live and loud broadcasting the festivities and fun throughout the day.

Pack the kids in the car and head along to the Foreshore anytime between 10am-2pm and join in with the family-friendly fun as part of this year’s Cuttlefest celebrations!

The full interactive Cuttlefest 2021 program can be downloaded at www.whyalla.com.
