Terms and Conditions of Employment

Terms and conditions of employment are covered by Enterprise Agreements, Awards or Individual Contracts of Employment.

Employees may elect to become members of the Australian Workers Union (AWU) or Australian Services Union (ASU).

Enterprise Agreement

Enterprise Agreements include terms and conditions of employment above or outside of the Award provisions. Employees are covered by the City of Whyalla Enterprise Agreement with the exclusion of salary packaged contract employees.
