Why not come down to the Whyalla Foreshore & try our outdoor fitness classes, facilitated by a qualified trainer from the YMCA.
Tuesday & Thursday evenings – 7pm start (a good way to work off diner, Instead of sitting down and watching TV).
Monday, Wednesday & Friday morning – 9am start
