Subject to Council approval, and providing the work is constructed to Council's conditions, standards and specification, land owners may concrete footpaths adjacent to their property at their own expense, and that Council provides a subsidy equal to whichever is the least of;
- 50% of the actual cost of the footpath; or
- 50% of costs to Council if that work had been undertaken on the current 'Concrete Footpath Program'.
Application for subsidy must be made in writing with a copy of the invoice for the works attached.
