For parks/gardens and public areas events you will need to fill out a Special Event Application Form and send into Council Att: Special Events, PO Box 126, WHYALLA SA 5600.
Stallholder permits are also available here.
Major events such as Circus, Rodeos and large public events need to contact the Special Events Officer on 8640 3444 for a more detailed application form.
Private insurance is required for Corporate and Major events. Council is able to discuss insurance options for some events meeting a certain criteria.
